Way to Control Depressions 

Well, there are no certain rules to do it but there is a way which can help you out. Doing meditation is not a solution you have to understand the concept and then meditate, it will work 4 times faster.

First of all listen carefully !!  Okay, I know you are not listening, fine!!  read it carefully !!!
The most important factor is your mind is like a monkey. It is not a stable one. Every time it is running here and there. Thinking about the past, thinking about someone, thinking about etc. etc. and etc.

So, how can you control it? Yes, you can. Just the follow these simple steps...

  • Sit and relax not be uncomfortable.
  • Now close your eyes.
  • Now you can see that millions of images are running in front of you.
  • Do not do anything just continue to watch them.
  • Slowly you can feel that the speed of those running images are running down.
  • After some time you can feel that no images are coming.
It's just like a spinning top. Once you spin it and let it spin then you can see that its speed is running down, and after some time it will stop spinning.


  • Then only your work starts. Close your ears slowly and just try to listen, what is happening in your ears. You can able to listen millions of sounds. You don't have to do anything, just listen to them ... and listen to them.
  • After sometime you can open your eyes and just see around you and feel the environment you can understand that,

So, dears now you can able to understand. Controlling the depression is not a big deal. Don't ever try to run from any problem. Once you started running you will not be able to stop. Someday you can realize This is the one which you could solve, you had that power you had that ability but you couldn't because of your fear.
